A little over 25 years ago, while climbing the proverbial corporate ladder, I walked into the C-suite and took on various roles in change leadership, strategic management and organisational transformation.

I have worked remotely with executive leaders around the world since 2018. The work we have been doing together even as the world was reeling in crisis, as we went through the period of recovery, and now as the dust settled in our new realities has given me a unique understanding of the challenges that today’s leaders face.

I’m a seasoned corporate and consulting professional and I’ve been there — in complex situations and challenges, and also celebrated successes and victories in large government-linked companies, conglomerates, public listed companies and private companies.
I’ve had a proven track record working with CEOs and inside executive boards — initiating, championing, leading and driving change, and getting my hands dirty with complex corporate transformation and culture change, and working through it as a change driver — carrying the torch, as a leader creating change within my own teams and as a champion, helping other teams make significant changes to the way they navigated their work, their careers and their lives.
I am certified and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as a professional coach and I uphold their code of ethics and practice requirements in all my work with my clients.
My perspectives and extensive organisational awareness come from working with and influencing a broad diversity of decision-makers. Most of all, I’m passionate and committed to the development of people and the organisations they work in — and my roles and experience in corporate and business strategy, business transformation, and people and leadership development helped me become a big-picture thinker with a people-centred focus.
I became an executive coach and founded The Leadership Factor after my corporate career to work with leaders and executives so that they can meaningfully impact the people they lead and the organisations they work in, transform their careers and their lives. It was the most natural and logical progression for me.
