CEO coaching is typically structured as a series of intensive 1:1 sessions—usually monthly or bi-monthly, depending on your needs and the intensity of the challenges you are navigating. Each session is up to 90 minutes of deep, uninterrupted thinking time.

Initial Conversation

We begin with a confidential conversation to understand your context, your challenges, and what success looks like for you. This is exploratory—no commitment yet.

Flexibility & Responsiveness

The partnership adapts to your needs. If a crisis emerges, we can increase frequency. If momentum is building, we might maintain the current rhythm.

Ongoing Partnership

We establish a regular cadence of sessions. Each session builds on the previous one. Themes emerge. Patterns become visible. Your clarity deepens.

Accountability & Integration
