My Story: Three Decades in the Room

My career began in the corporate landscape. Over a period of three decades, I held strategic roles across change leadership and organisational transformation. I witnessed firsthand the weight of decisions – inside and outside the Boardroom – and the “paradox of seniority”: the more successful you become, the fewer people you can truly think aloud with.

I recognised that leaders at the top do not need more advice—they need a consequence-free space. In 2015, I hung up my corporate “power-suit” and founded The Leadership Factor to provide exactly that: a mirror to reflect what is unseen and a peer-level partnership independent of internal hierarchy. A consequence-free space.

Since then, I have partnered with hundreds of leaders across EMEA, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Asia-Pacific region. My practice spans Banking & Finance, Technology Unicorns, Big Pharma and Global Manufacturing—bringing a multifaceted, cross-cultural perspective to every executive coaching engagement.
